Returns & Exchanges:
At Once Upon a Sugar Tree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging with tags attached for a return or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the item.
In order to help you with your return please email us and we will then provide you with the return authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address for your return. Please note that we only accept items in their original condition/packaging that are new and unused with tags attached.
Please include the packing slip with your name, address and a brief description of why you are making the return.
If an item is returned in less than new condition, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
It is your responsibility to inspect all items at time of delivery. Please make a note on the delivery receipt if damage has occurred during transit. Please call Once Upon a Sugar Tree at time of delivery to report the damage.
Any Holiday Item purchased is un-returnable at time of
Holiday.
Any items that have been personalized or made custom for you are non-returnable.

We ship within the 48 contiguous states.

*Some items like cribs, furniture, rugs, ect. that have a freight charge will require an additional shipping charge. This is considered a handling fee is referred to as a home delivery surcharge. Such charges will be clearly stated on the product pages for each item.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable and it is up to the customer to pay return freight charges.
If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax to anything shipped to an
Arizona address.
Backorder:
Occasionally an item could be on backorder. We will make an effort to make a note of this in the product description and will ship the product as soon as it becomes available. We do not charge your card until the item is ready to be shipped.
